Developed for the organized, controlled, and easily manageable positioning of cigarette packs at points of sale, the free-standing push-type cigarette display unit is a permanent retail display unit with multi-level product carrying capacity. Thanks to its independently positionable free-standing body, it can be used without the need for existing store shelving systems.

The stand's main supporting structure is made of metal suitable for heavy point-of-sale use. Bent metal shelves, decorative side panels surrounding the body, and a wide base section are combined to create a stable and durable structure. The electrostatic powder coating used on the metal surfaces enhances the stand's resistance to impacts and surface wear from daily use.

Each display row features a segmented shelf arrangement that allows different cigarette packs to be displayed in separate channels. Spring-loaded product pusher mechanisms used within the shelf channels automatically move the products behind the pack to the front of the shelf when the pack in front is removed. This system, known as push-feed, prevents products from being left behind on the shelf and creates a consistent, organized front view in each product channel.

The spring-loaded pusher system reduces the need for sales staff to repeatedly move products to the shelves throughout the day. Because packages are kept aligned, product order is maintained, empty shelves are identified more quickly, and the shelf replenishment process is simplified. This design helps maintain operational order, especially in sales points with high product turnover.

Multi-tier shelving allows a wide product portfolio to be displayed within a limited floor space. Different brands, series, and package variants can be arranged in horizontal or vertical product blocks according to the shelf planogram. The dedicated channel for each product prevents packages from mixing and facilitates visual stock control.

The communication and product information area located at the top of the stand serves as a header panel where content compliant with relevant legal regulations can be implemented. This section can be used for separating product groups, presenting price and category information, or placing directional signs as deemed necessary by the point of sale. The customizable graphic structure allows the stand to be adapted to different product planograms and field applications.

The wide decorative panels used on either side of the body surround the supporting structure, giving the stand a cohesive look as retail equipment. The shape and color of the side panels can be customized according to the point-of-sale concept, corporate identity, or the technical requirements of the channel in which it will be used. The forward-widening base geometry supports the stability of the tall body on the ground.

Freestanding push-type display stands can be developed for use in kiosks, tobacco product sales points, gas station convenience stores, grocery stores, authorized retail stores, and chain stores with the appropriate sales permits. Depending on the layout conditions at the point of sale, they can be positioned behind the cash register, in a controlled service area, or in a product area accessible to personnel.

In terms of POSM terminology, the project brings together different components such as freestanding display units, push-feed shelving systems, product channels, shelf separators, header panels, side closure panels, and permanent store equipment in a single construction. The planogram discipline applied in product placement supports category management while ensuring that different packages are kept in the specified order and capacity.

With its metal construction, high product capacity, and push-shelf mechanisms providing automatic front feeding, this display stand is a functional retail solution offering organized product presentation, easy inventory tracking, quick shelf replenishment, and efficient space utilization. Dimensions, number of shelves, channel widths, and product capacity can be customized to the project based on the size of the packages to be displayed, the usage area of the point of sale, and the planogram to be implemented.
