Countertop display design requires selecting the right dimensions and materials based on the size and weight of the products, the available point-of-sale space, and the target production volume. The display should make the products clearly visible without occupying excessive counter space and should allow customers to access them easily.
MDF and particleboard offer a suitable structure for printing, painting, and coating applications thanks to their smooth surfaces and various thickness options. Plexiglas, available in transparent, semi-transparent, or colored forms, adds lightness and visual depth to designs. Metal parts, with their thin sections, can be preferred in projects requiring higher load-bearing capacity.

The Countertop Display Process from Design to Mass Production

Each countertop display project begins with a review of the brand brief, product samples, and point-of-sale conditions. We first determine the display's width, height, product capacity, layout, and brand communication areas.
Based on this information, we develop alternative design concepts. The selected solution is then reassessed in terms of manufacturability, material use, cost, product placement, and ease of use for store personnel. Our goal is to create a display that not only looks good on screen, but also performs reliably at the actual point of sale.
Our production process generally consists of the following stages:

During the prototype phase, it is checked that products can be easily placed on and removed from the stand, that the shelves or product holders have sufficient load-bearing capacity, and that the stand stands stably on the counter. After the necessary adjustments are completed, the project is transferred to mass production.
In mass production, the cutting, printing, and assembly stages are carefully controlled to ensure all stands are manufactured to the same dimensions, color, and assembly quality. Packaging methods are also considered an integral part of the design and production process to ensure the stands arrive at sales points undamaged.
